Shanak'Khaz is the capital city of the Jhalli Empire. It was constructed in approximately 3E 4750, making it about 5740 years old and the oldest city in Ulvania which still stands.
It is currently ruled by the Emperor Morgh Khaz and by the vizier Julub Qohlaxo Julublub. It is used as the capital of the Jhalli Confederacy and as a Council of the Free People's base.
